3. Try It: Review the Contact Groups
Go to Contact->Groups.

What Do You See? When you pin a Contact, by default, they will added to the Favorites Contact Group. All of the rest of the Contacts are in the Other Contacts Group.

You can also sort the Contacts by Status: Available, away, etc.
